What would you do if your states governor pulled up in a limo and presented you with an award on a busy Saturday afternoon? This was exactly what happened to our premier agent Cellular Connection in Grand Ledge, Mich.

Its not every day that a Verizon Wireless agent gets a visit from its state governor. Thats what happened to Grand Ledge Cellular Connection in Michigan, a premier and exclusive Verizon Wireless agent. On a busy Saturday afternoon, Store Manager Lindsay Jensen and  Sales  Associate Susan Grace were handling customers in a packed store when Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm walked into the store accompanied by some associates and present the team with the states Peoples Choice Award.

According to Indirect Account Manager Ben Lindhout, the Grand Ledge Cellular Connection is among the leaders in the west Michigan agents and consistently meets activations and data KPIs, and its their focus on customer service that keeps customers coming back.

Both the manager and her employee care deeply about their customers and do all they can to deliver a great customer experience, instead of being commission-focused, Lindhout explained.

One  customer even called Verizon Wireless to say how happy she is with the Grand Ledge Cellular team. Mary Bodocker says she wasnt born in the generation that grew up with cell phones in their youth, and she turned to The Cellular Connection to help her learn how to use her cell phone.
